"Materials" means all presentation slides, decks, articles, videos, recordings, graphics, and any other content made available for download or viewing through this page, whether in whole or in part.
"Contributors" means any speakers, co-hosts, co-presenters, panelists, or other individuals or entities who authored or contributed to any portion of the Materials.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all rights associated with works of authorship, including copyrights, moral rights, patent rights, trade secret rights, and trademark rights, worldwide.

"Permitted Use" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.
- SCOPE AND PURPOSE
2.1 This page is maintained by Graphite solely to provide authorized individuals with post-event access to the Materials. The Event has already taken place; no registration, attendance, or participation rights are conferred herein.
2.2 Graphite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the Materials at any time and without prior notice.
- LIMITED LICENSE; PERMITTED USE
Subject to User's compliance with this Agreement, and to the extent of Graphite's rights in the Materials, Graphite grants User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access, download, and retain one (1) personal copy of the Materials solely for User's own internal, non-commercial, and informational purposes ("Permitted Use"). Where User accesses the Materials on behalf of an employer or principal, this license is granted solely for that organization's internal, non-commercial, informational use, and does not extend to any broader organizational use, distribution, or exploitation of the Materials. This license does not constitute a sale or transfer of any Intellectual Property Rights in the Materials. User acquires no ownership interest of any kind by virtue of this Agreement or User's access to the Materials.
- RESTRICTIONS ON USE
Without Graphite's prior written consent, User — and, where applicable, User's employer or principal on whose behalf the Materials are accessed — shall not, directly or indirectly: (a) reproduce, distribute, sell, license, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Materials to any third party, by any means or in any medium; (b) use the Materials for any commercial purpose or revenue-generating activity of any kind, including any monetization, paid distribution, or use in connection with paid products or services; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Materials; (d) incorporate the Materials into any product, service, publication, training program, client deliverable, or internal enablement materials; (e) use the Materials to develop, train, or improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning system; (f) remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, trademark, or attribution contained in the Materials; or (g) misrepresent authorship or ownership of the Materials, or represent that User holds any rights therein beyond those expressly granted in Section 3; or (h) share access credentials, download links, or otherwise enable any third party to access the Materials.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Nothing in this Agreement — and nothing arising from User's access to or download of the Materials — conveys, transfers, assigns, or licenses to User any Intellectual Property Rights in or to the Materials or any portion thereof, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, except for the limited license expressly set forth in Section 3.1. User shall not acquire any ownership interest of any kind in the Materials by virtue of this Agreement or any use thereof.
User shall not assert, register, or otherwise claim any Intellectual Property Rights in or to the Materials or any derivative or adaptation thereof, and shall not challenge or contest the Intellectual Property Rights of Graphite or any other rights holder in the Materials. Certain Materials may incorporate third-party content (including images, data, research, or trademarks) owned by parties other than Graphite. Nothing in this Agreement grants User any rights with respect to such third-party content beyond the Permitted Use.
- PRIVACY
Any personal data collected from User in connection with this page — including information submitted via the access form and data collected automatically through cookies or similar technologies — is governed by Graphite's Privacy Policy, available at https://graphite.io/privacy-policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. - DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
THE MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAPHITE AND THE CONTRIBUTORS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE MATERIALS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL, FINANCIAL, TECHNICAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRAPHITE AND THE CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR USER'S USE OF THE MATERIALS, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. GRAPHITE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).
- INDEMNIFICATION
User shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Graphite, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, Contributors, and their respective successors and assigns from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) User's breach of this Agreement; (b) User's use of the Materials other than as expressly permitted herein; (c) User's violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (d) any use of the Materials by User's employer or principal that exceeds the scope of the Permitted Use.
- TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective from the date User first accesses or downloads the Materials until terminated. Graphite may immediately terminate this Agreement and revoke User's access at any time, with or without notice, upon User's breach of any provision or at Graphite's discretion. Upon termination, User shall promptly delete all copies of the Materials in User's possession. Sections IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, and XI survive termination.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Each party irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of such court.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between User and Graphite regarding the Materials and supersedes all prior understandings on the same subject matter. Graphite may update this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version. Continued access constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights. User may not assign this Agreement without Graphite's prior written consent. Graphite may assign freely.
